A project has begun to translate The Rape of Nanking: An Undeniable History in Photographs into Japanese. The work in progress is available on the website of Professor Yoshiyuki Masaki in Fukuoka-ken, Japan. Accessing the translation requires appropriate software, but the site has additional information in English about efforts in Japan and the U.S. to encourage the Japanese government to accept responsibility.
